Couple of fixes for defrag 1.91

This makes defrag 1.91.13.

- fixed blocking spawnpoints in fastcaps despite player interference being off
- fixed player interference changeable without game restart
- fixed server configuration for callvotes not being saved
- fixed player stat "best speed" missing when hud's ups meter is off
- fixed triggers with wait time of -1 requiring a map_restart
- fixed a couple issues with the vq3 hud
- fixed player model's head showing wrong skin in fast caps
- fixed demos of ctf games not showing proper team models
- fixed hud showing wrong best time after physics changes
- best ghost is now overwritten in the event of a tie
- autorecord console output made optional - df_ar_verbose with default 0

A first version of defrag 1.92 is coming up, probably around next week. Although it's far from being feature-complete I don't want to hold onto it for too long, especially since I would like to leave room for feedback. Either way this is not intended to make the expectation build up, so don't get any too fancy ideas.

That's an issue with the engine actually. That's what the zz-defrag_fix_shaders_190.pk3 pack was intended for, but it only fixes baseq3 shaders.

- Fix for df_mp_nodrawradius: should hide stuff like teleporter animations of other players, too.

- New cmd: /df_mp_nosoundradius: hides the sound(s) produced by other players (weapons, teleporters, etc) in the specified radius

head fix and suggestions

I really appreciate the head model fix. That one bothered my for a long time without knowing it.

Lately i got into scripting for defrag using commands like varmath or varjoin.
Unfortunately every execution of said commands prints bothersome output like
foo --> bar
I'd love to be able to switch that off.

It's the same with ghost recordings. Every time i start a run i get these 3 lines of verbose output from the demo record routine. So i have to scroll up in the console to read chattext.

Could you please look into those code sections?

As far as var* commands there's actually a cvar to control their output - try df_varHelpers_DrawOutput.
I've changed its default to 0 for the next update.

you can disable the console output for ghosts actually. Try: set df_ghosts_DrawOutput 0
